About Our Firm
About Our Firm - About Our Attorneys and Staff

Our law firm was incorporated in 1979. We are exclusively a plaintiff's law firm. For more than twenty years we have dedicated ourselves to working on behalf of severely injured individuals and loved ones left behind by tragic and preventable deaths resulting from the wrongful conduct of others. We strive to provide the aggressive legal representation necessary to enable our clients to recover the compensation necessary to assist them in their struggle to overcome the economic and emotional damages which they have been wrongfully forced to bear.

During the past 27 years our firm has successfully represented and obtained compensation for more than four thousand injured individuals or the families of those who have died.

The majority of the clients presently represented by our firm involve matters of medical malpractice, usually negligent conduct by doctors, hospitals and other health care providers. However, we continue to accept representation of clients in matters involving defective or dangerous products, drugs and medical devices; careless operation of trucks, equipment and machinery; negligent vehicle collisions; and, dangerous premises or conditions.

Our law firm is designated as a preeminent law firm in Texas by the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register, a rating signifying the highest level of legal ability and adherence to professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability and diligence, based on the opinions of judges and practicing attorneys. We have attorneys on staff who are Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
